Interpersonal Conflict at Work

This article considers research conducted in 2015 which found that employees who experience conflict rooted in inteprsonal or relationship issues at work were more likely to look for an alternative job rather than seek a productive resolution.
We explore workplace conflict that has its roots in interpersonal conflict and consider the constructive role that managers can play in understanding and resolving conflict along with proactive measures for a positive, agile and change ready team culture.
